By accessing or using Svg Craft, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and any additional rules published for specific features.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Scope of the Service

Svg Craft provides AI tools for creating and managing visual assets. The service may include free features, paid plans, and experimental workflows.

3. Account, Eligibility, and Security

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Some features require a subscription or the purchase of credits. Recurring charges are processed in advance through your payment provider.

Subscription credits reset according to your plan, and one-time credit purchases are used before recurring credits when applicable.

• Upgrades may take effect immediately
• Downgrades and cancellations usually take effect at the end of the paid period
• Refunds are provided only when required by law

5. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use Svg Craft for lawful personal or commercial purposes as long as you respect third-party rights and these terms.

• Do not generate illegal, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content
• Do not upload protected material without authorization
• Do not abuse, resell, or misuse credits, models, or the service
• Do not create multiple accounts to exploit trials or promotions

6. Intellectual Property and Public Content

You retain rights to the content you create subject to these terms. When you publish content in the gallery or through public features, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the service.

The fact that a tool can generate an asset does not mean the result is free from copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

7. Third-Party Services, AI Quality, and Liability Limits

We may use public-facing third-party services such as Stripe for payments, Google Login for social authentication, and optional PayPal support links if you choose to publish them, along with other providers for communications, analytics, security, and general platform operations.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Liability, Termination, and Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svg Craft is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
